When you opt in to the SMS messaging service, you will receive a message confirming your enrollment. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Cory Prado, REALTOR® / Cory Joseph Prado LLC. Messages may include real estate services, listings, appointments, events, market updates, alerts, educational information, and promotional opportunities. Automated messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provide when signing up or any other number you designate. Message frequency varies. Additional messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with Cory Prado, REALTOR® / Cory Joseph Prado LLC. We reserve the right to increase or decrease message frequency and to change the telephone number or messaging platform used to send messages. Message and data rates may apply. Cancellation

Transfer of Mobile Number
If you change your mobile telephone number or transfer your mobile number to another individual, you agree to either reply STOP from the original number or notify us of your old number so that we can update our records.
