MetroWest is located southwest of downtown Orlando was designed as an all-in-one business, commercial and residential community built around the lush greenscape and local golf course, MetroWest Golf Club. It hosts a variety of neighborhoods with apartments, condos, townhomes and single-family homes.
An established community, there is a 183 acre park (Bill Frederick Pack) situated on Turkey Lake where residents can enjoy tennis, fishing, boating, grilling out, hiking and numerous outdoor recreational activities. The unofficial center of MetroWest features local businesses, shopping and restaurants thought you wouldn’t have to go far if you needed anything else as MetroWest is centrally-located.
It is a small community though they do have local events for the community. And they do have, in my humble opinion as a self-proclaimed “Burger Sommelier” the best burgers on the face of the planet with their craft burger menu at Teak Neighborhood Grill. Let’s put it this way… pre-Covid I was there so often everyone knew my name.
