Whether it’s your first home or if you’re an experienced buyer, purchasing a home is a complex process. By working with me, you’ll find a home in the neighborhood where you want to live, one that fits your budget and meets your goals for features, quality and value. Once you’ve found the home that’s right for you, I will guide you through the process of making an offer; negotiating the terms of the sale; getting your potential purchase inspected, repaired and appraised; and closing the sale.
Buying a home can be a very stressful event… but it doesn’t have to be. I am a huge believer in research and planning. And my goal with all of my clients is to educate, research and plan to accomplish your home goals. Several of the services I offer include:

- Identifying motivation and timeframe.
- Education on the home buying process including closing costs and tax implications.
- Determining home feature preferences.

My Dad once told me that a fair deal is a deal where both parties walk away feeling like they’ve given up something. Worst case scenario, I’d like all my clients to get a fair deal… and if they get a great deal that much the better.
