How I Can Help You Sell a Home

There are many more aspects including explaining the basic real estate practices and principles and all the related paperwork, Performing a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to help determine your home’s value, helping to prepare your home for sale, listing your home, marketing your home, keeping you informed throughout the process. When the sale begins, it’s important to work with someone who will assist you with the paperwork, negotiate on your behalf, make sure deadlines are met, and work with the escrow company.

Selling a home can be a very stressful event… but it doesn’t have to be. I am a huge believer in research and planning. And my goal with all of my clients is to educate, research and plan to accomplish your home goals.  Several of the services I offer to my clients include:

  • Identifying motivation and timeframe.
  • Education on the home selling process including closing costs, tax implications, etc.
  • Discerning any unique selling terms i.e. rent-backs, rent-to-own, etc.

My goal is to help my clients manage their emotions to achieve their homeownership goals. My Dad once told me that a fair deal is a deal where both parties walk away feeling like they’ve given up something.  Worst case scenario, I’d like all my clients to get a fair deal… and if they get a great deal that much the better.
