Williamsburg is an older community and once was prominently known as a retirement community. The homes are a little older and more modest, but it is a great community giving you peace and quiet with a little excitement due to some revitalization and new commercial construction.
Surrounding the area is Sea World, Aquatica, the Orange County Convention Center, Shingle Creek, International Drive and major highways that give you access to neighboring amenities and attractions. And there has been a lot of growth just north of Williamsburg on Universal Boulevard.
