Building relationships on trust and ethics are very important to me and integrity is my most valuable currency. I work well with a great deal of autonomy as a result of self-discipline. This helps me maximize my time and also allows me to build relationships with industry peers and new clients as I prospect, network and manage in an ongoing fluid environment. I take pride in always conducting myself with complete honesty and transparency both personally and professionally.

As a type A personality, I’m always doing something goal-oriented I consider myself a lifelong learner to keep things interesting and to challenge myself. Regardless of the topic, I’ll often research and read many resources on a subject to get all the facts so I can better understand and help others. Doing the right thing is important to me whether it be helping someone change a flat tire or discussing other options with a client that may or may not lead to closing a deal.

Communication Guarantee

Communication between myself and the people I work with to accomplish their real estate goals is of the utmost importance.  In real estate, time is of the utmost importance and it should be clear, concise and expeditious so that the message is conveyed and understood with clarity and purpose.  My pledge to you:

  • I will determine and follow my clients’ communication preferences.
  • I will respond to client inquires to me expeditiously where most times I will respond within minutes or an hour, unless I’m with another client, and no later than one calendar day.
  • I will contact my clients regularly and proactively on a weekly basis and more often as needed.
  • I will educate my clients proactively and during the home buying and/or selling process so they are well-informed every step of the way.
  • I will speak to clients with clarity and conciseness.
  • I will always be available (unless I’m sleeping) or have an associate available to response.
  • I will provide communications including, and not limited to:
    • Buyer: pre-approval, the MLS, prospective homes, open houses, home showings, neighborhood information, CMAs, offers, contracts, underwriting, escrow, lenders, titles, home inspections and closing.
    • Seller: home staging, the MLS, CMAs, marketing, open houses, open house feedback, offers, contracts, home inspections and closing.
  • And I will seek, heed and respect my clients’ remarks all while being honest with my responses.
