Lake Nona is an eclectic up and coming community aspiring to be a more trendy environment with bungalows, gated communities and modern homes. Located southeast of downtown Orlando, there is plenty of room for growth both commercially and residentially.

While you may have to travel a little further, via 417 Greenway to visit some of Orlando’s more popular themed attractions, there are plenty of local community events all year long including holiday events, concerts, outdoor fitness classes, a farmer’s market and other events. It has four distinct neighborhoods catering to all lifestyles including a gold and country club.
Lake Nona is in a constant state of growth making the entire community one big canvas for artwork splashed throughout the community. The city’s slogan, “A Community of and for The Future,” describes it perfectly… you’d very much enjoy making Lake Nona your home.
