Today Was an AMAZING Day For my Clients!

Hope everyone had a super day and Happy Taco Tuesday!!!

Today was an absolutely AMAZING day for my clients… a day that has been in the works for weeks and came to fruition today!
Here’s a little backstory as there are three transactions involved.

#1 – I met my clients, Jonathan and Sherly, while I was at my bank and helped them sell their home in Kissimmee, FL.
#2 – They wanted to move to Ocala, FL where we found a gorgeous home and put it under contract.
#3 – The sellers of the home in Ocala, Edgar and Luz, needed a buyer’s agent to help them buy a home in Port Charlotte, FL so we found a beautiful home and also put it under contract.

I hope this makes sense. If you can follow along with Abbott & Costello “Who’s on First” bit then you should be able to keep up here lol!

Today’s agenda:
700am – Depart Orlando for Port Charlotte.
1000am – Arrive in Port Charlotte and complete Edgar and Luz’s walk-thru.
1100am – Complete Edgar and Luz closing.
1130am – Depart Port Charlotte for Dunnellon.
215pm – Pick up key for Jonathan and Sherly’s walk-thru.
225pm – Pick-up world-famous shrimp and grits at Swampy’s Bar & Grille to eat on the go.
230pm – Depart Dunnellon for Ocala for Jonathan and Sherly’s walk-thru.
300pm – Complete Jonathan and Sherly’s walk-thru.
400pm – Complete Jonathan and Sherly’s closing.
430pm – Wire transfer made from title-to-title company.
450pm – Funds cleared and everybody’s got the keys to their new home!!!!
515pm – I’m headed home to Orlando to spend the evening relaxing with my dog, Maya.
